Refund policy

At CAREATIC PETS, we aim to provide the best quality products.

Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Used products
- Products damaged by the customer

Damaged or Wrong Product:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/video).

Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Note:
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
